The "Eco Master" range of buildings is superior to any product on the market today. ALL Eco buildings in the Eco Master Range have been engineered to significantly exceed Region D Category 2 cyclone rating. Because of 2 storey & stacking requirements our buildings have been designed to not only carry the load of the top floor but negate all possible acceleration coefficients present during shipping. In accordance with AS 1170.2, wind load design parameters are as below; - Wind region D (cyclonic).

- Annual probability of exceedence 1:500.

Should your site not require cyclone ratings the only changes we make available is standard windows & removal of cyclone screens.
 Lead Times - Eco Transportables can produce up to 100 x 4 man units per month. An order of 400 rooms will require a 1 month lead time to secure materials and 1 month to fabricate buildings. Allow 1 month for delivery to site. In this instance we would quote 3 to 4 months with the possibility of delivery in less than 3 months.
Structural Strength - Fully welded RHS sections form the buildings portal frames that give the building its structural strength. All buildings in this range are stackable whether for 2 storey or single storey and can carry more than a 15t load.
 Transportability - All buildings have an external layer of 10mm magnesium oxide board to enhance the shear strength of the building and add bracing strength to reduce deflection & twisting when shipped & craned. Custom orb is then fastened to magnesium oxide board & steel frame. Magnesium oxide board is also used as the internal lining of the buildings to add further strength & provide fire ratings.
Cyclone Protection - Eco has designed a heavy duty cyclone screen second to NONE. Our screens have been tested along with screens from a major Australian supplier to the TWA industry. The Eco screens exceeded the impact test by a considerable margin while the local Australian product failed.
 Fire Rating - All buildings in the Eco Master range are fire rated to one hour with the use of Magnesium Oxide Board (MGO) as internal lining whether for 2 storey (BCA requirement) or single storey (not required by BCA). A single sheet of MGO achieves the 1 hour fire rating. All of Eco’s units have double layer of MGO on internal & external walls. MGO under testing showed zero flame spread and developed zero smoke. It is unlikely that any competitor offers fire rating as standard on single storey dwellings.
Water Proof - use of Magnesium Oxide board for internal lining provides the added benefit of water proof walls and does not feed mould or mildew. The external structure is also wrapped in a reflective foil sheeting to provide sizalation and further weatherproof the building from the harsh cyclonic conditions.
 Energy Efficiency - maximum insulation has been achieved in the Eco Master range. All of our standard buildings (single and double storey) are certified compliant as Class 3 structures with regards to energy efficiency. Our standard buildings can be relocated at any time within climate zones 1 to 5 and meet all requirements for insulation, glazing and ventilation. All windows are double glazed.
Sound Proofing of our Eco Master range is unparalleled. All dividing walls are In accordance with the BCA deemed-to-satisfy assembly of a 92mm track with staggered studs, 70mm CSR Rockwool with a density of 60 kg/m3 and double layers of 12mm fire resistant lining boards. The use of 12mm magnesium oxide board (most competitors use 4mm vinyl ply) on all internal & external walls enables Eco to comfortably exceed acoustic noise reduction ratings. With concrete bases as standard in single & 2 storey buildings noise transfer through the floor is at its absolute minimum. Upstairs verandas & stairs also have preformed steel supported concrete floors & treads to keep external traffic noise to a minimum.
 Magnesium Oxide Board provides huge advantages as an internal lining over Gyprock or vinyl ply. Magnesium Oxide Board is virtually impervious to fire, water, insects; does not feed mould or mildew; is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-combustible; is durable, maintains it’s dimensional stability - even when wet; and, has exceptional bonding surface. Magnesium oxide board is a mineral based green builder product and it is homogenous - no de-lamination.
Concrete Base is 110mm thick 32mpa supported by 200mm x 100mm perimeter and intermediate beams which provide maximum strength & resistance to transport damage & deflection.
 Internal Fit out - finished to a very high standard with MGO lining with joiners or flush finish. Maximum comfort for workers with insulation substantially exceeding minimum standards.
Floor Coverings - welded Polyflor vinyl or ceramic tiles are standard supply option.
 Light Weight Option - Eco can also supply a light weight floor option using Compressed Fibre Cement flooring with structural steel base. This will reduce the weight of the building by approx 50%. This weight reduction will not compromise the stated strength of our buildings as they will still be stackable for shipping & for 2 storey structures.
Engineering, Certification & Documentation - All materials used in the manufacture of the Eco Master series are certified to meet or exceed the BCA and Standards Australia. Full documentation will be supplied.
